Sample order from the home page

  • Click on the sample button on the right hand side of the page
  • It will open to a list of our fabrics and which headings are available in each fabric for ready made and custom made
  • Click on the fabric to show what colours are available in that fabric
  • Select the colour you want a sample of
  • Also on this page is where you need to fill in your details. If you are already a member, you can log in here
  • Click place order

 

Sample order from a product page

  • Choose if you are after ready made or custom made
  • Then choose which heading type you are after from that range
  • Click on the fabric you would like to look at
  • The click the sample button
  • Choose the colours you would like a sample of and add to cart. When all are added proceed to checkout
  • If you are a member, this is where you would sign in. If you are not a member, fill out your details here
  • Click place order

 

Ordering a Ready Made curtain

  • From the ready made list, select the type of heading you are after
  • This will show the fabrics available in this heading
  • Select and click the fabric type you are after
  • From the track size and height box, select the size you want, sizes are in centimetres
  • Select the quantity of curtains you want
  • Select the colour you want
  • Click the ‘Add to order’ button
  • To complete the order, click on the ‘checkout’ button
  • A pop up box will appear asking if you need hooks, make your selection
  • Check over your order to make sure everything is correct
  • Scroll down to the “Proceed to checkout button” and click
  • If you are a member, you will sign in here. If you are not a member, click continue in the new customer box this is where you will fill in your details
  • Once you have completed this click the “Continue” button
  • Here you have the choice to pay for your order either with your Credit Card or place your order as a Direct Deposit and transfer the funds.
  • If you decide to pay with Credit Card you will fill in your details and click the complete order button. Credit Card payments are done safely via secure pay. Once your payment has been accepted you will receive a Tax Invoice by email confirming your order. You will also receive an information sheet with helpful information about your order and its delivery. It’s a good idea to print these off straight away.
  • If you decide to place your order as a direct deposit you will receive a Tax Invoice and the information sheet straight away. The Tax Invoice will have our bank details for you to transfer the funds into our account. You should note that orders placed by Credit Card are processed immediately but orders placed by Direct Deposit are not processed until the funds appear in our account. Please factor this in if your Curtains are required quickly.

 

Ordering a Custom Made curtain

From the Custom Made list choose the type of heading you would like, this will open a selection of different fabric types

  • Choose and click a fabric type you would like
  • Enter a curtain width to suit what is needed in centimetres. (Widths over 325cms can be made as a PAIR by dividing your width in half and ordering as 2x Single curtains).
  • Enter the height of the curtain as a finished drop
  • A “quick price” will come up
  • In the “quantity” box, choose the amount of curtains you want in this size
  • Select if you would like the width entered made as a pair to this size or just a single curtain. (contact us to discuss any Single curtain wider than 325cm)
  • You will also have a choice of if you would like to have tiebacks in the same fabric
  • Select the colour you want in the fabric
  • Click the “add to order” button
  • To complete your order, click on the ”Checkout” button
