Delivery Service
All Curtains on the Net Express Curtains are delivered Free when you buy 4 or more or $20 per order throughout Australia for less than 4 curtains, the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden extras. We even offer a FREE sample service to make your selection easier.
Our Express Curtain service that we make to your specific sizes are despatched within 10-14 working days. Delivery is usually within 2 working days from despatch unless you are in more remote areas of Australia and this can take 4-6 working days from despatch.
Our standard size ready made curtains are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days.
We do not combine orders resulting in a delivery delay, we dispatch as soon as the items are ready.
We strongly suggest that all curtains are delivered to a work address so that there is no delay in delivery however If we try to deliver your new Curtains while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a redelivery time or call and collect the curtains yourself.
SHIPPING TIP: To ensure prompt delivery of your goods, Curtains on the Net recommends that you use a business address or other location where there will always be someone to sign for the delivery, between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. If deliver is not able to be made, a card will be left asking for you to call and arrange a collection or alternative address and this adds unnecessary days to the delivery time.

For your extra piece of mind, we do not keep any copies of credit card details.

For those of you who would prefer to do direct deposits or pay by Cheque, we also have added this facility. Please note that this option will delay the order process until the money is cleared into our accounts.

No Quibble Guarantee
We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days. This excludes any curtains that are custom made for you via the Express Curtain Service. Because of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. We strongly recommend that you double check any measurements and take advantage of our free sample service to ensure that you order both the correct size and correct design.
All we ask is that it any returns arrive in original condition, including the packaging and that you obtain proof of return from your carrier. The No Quibble Guarantee is in addition to the full 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee.
Any goods that you want to return will incur a 15% handling fee to cover our costs.

Unfortunately we cannot refund curtains without the original undamaged packaging or curtains that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way.
Your opinions of our products and the overall shopping experience at curtains on the Net are of paramount importance, any complaints are dealt with at the highest level.
Replacements
All Curtains on the Net window curtains are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your curtain is faulty please e-mail us at sales@curtainsonthenet.com.au
We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay.
Cancellations
Please note there is cancellation and return charge of 5% or $10 (which ever is greater) per order.
Creases
Curtains on the Net folds and presses all our curtains before they are shipped to you so that they arrive in pristine condition. Due to the nature of many of our fabrics, you may have some creases when you first hang your curtains,don’t panic!! They will disappear within 2 weeks of hanging them on your window; warmer climates help the creases hang out faster!
Washing and Care Instructions
Most of our Express Curtain fabrics are washable, but please refer to care label that is sewn inside the product for specific details. For our Ready made ranges, please look on the outside of the packaging label for care instructions.
